Route fluid lines cleanly and safely through your firewall with the HEL Performance Twin Bulkhead Pass-Through Connector. Designed for motorsport and performance road applications, this fitting allows two AN-spec brake, clutch, or fuel lines to pass through a bulkhead or firewall panel without compromising the integrity of the barrier — keeping engine bay fluids safely separated from the cabin.

What It Does

The twin bulkhead connector is a dual-port pass-through fitting that mounts directly into a drilled or pre-existing hole in your firewall or any solid bulkhead panel. It provides a clean, leak-resistant pathway for two hydraulic or fluid lines simultaneously, eliminating untidy grommeted holes and reducing the risk of chafing or line damage where metal edges are present.

Compatible with four AN fitting sizes to match your existing line and fitting spec:

• AN6 (3/8" line) — ideal for brake and clutch lines in lighter applications
• AN8 (1/2" line) — a versatile mid-range size suited to brake, clutch, and light fuel line routing
• AN10 (5/8" line) — commonly used for fuel feed and return lines
• AN12 (3/4" line) — suited to high-flow fuel or coolant applications

• Hard anodized finish for corrosion resistance and durability
• Standard AN/JIC thread form for universal compatibility with HEL and other AN-spec fittings and hose ends
  

Installation Notes

• Drill or use a step bit to create the appropriate size hole in your firewall or bulkhead panel
• Insert the connector body through the panel, fit the backing nut, and tighten to secure
• Thread your AN hose ends directly onto each port — no adapters required when using matching AN-spec lines
• Always use a thread sealant appropriate for your fluid type on fuel applications
• Torque fittings to AN specification; do not overtighten aluminum threads
